Registration Dues and other Fees (September 2026 - June 2027)

SDSC Fundraiser and Team Gear are due in full at time of registration.

September 1, SDSC and SJD session or monthly fee, plus SNC and Swim PEI fees are payable.

Other expenses

Personal items, such as swim suits, googles, and personal training equipment are the reponsibility of each member. A Team Gear fee is included for the 2026-2027 season. Review the Registration Guide and the Team Gear section of our website.

Depending on the swimmer's group, there may be additional expenses during the season for higher level training equipment or competitive attire, or activities such as swim meets and camps, personal and coach travel for meets and camps. Expenses incurred through the Club will be invoiced and payable through pre-authorized credit card or banking.

Multiple member discounts

Discounts apply on SDSC Registration Fees for multiple family members. There are no discounts on SNC and Swim PEI fees. Please contact the SDSC Treasurer to request invoices be adjusted.

Making payments

Payment for registration fees can be made in full or by instalments.

Payments are made through our online payment system (Stripe) using credit card, bank debit, or pre-authorized debit.

Payment are automatice and occurs through our online payment processing system.
A credit card or banking information for pre-authorized debit is required to register and make payments.
Pre-authorized banking debits have a payment delay of 3-7 days. This is a known delay. Rest assured our records will show the payment is in process.

Payment due dates

At time of registration: Mandatory Cash Draw fundraiser and Team Gear fees are all are due upon registration. During registration, please view both your registration fees (SDSC) and the Fees and Discounts link to view these additional fees, or review the Fees chart above.

If paying in full for session: SDSC registration fees paid in full will be charged on September 1.

If paying in instalments: SDSC registration fees being paid by instalments are due by the 1st of each month for 8 months (September to April). The first instalment is due September 1 or at time of registration if after this date.
